All Spirits Unlimited liquers are full flavoured, true to type and are made from natural and nature identical ingredients. All flavours are available as follows:

50ml Concentrates: Makes two 750 ml bottles of liquer. Add one 50ml concentrate to 1050ml of spirit (Vodka) and a 400ml pack of Liquer Base. Mix well. Needs no other sugar, syrup or flavour.

Some concentrates (marked*) can also be made up into 5 litres of Schnapps. As the concentrates contain no alcohol they can be used in confectionary, baking, custards or as soda and milkshake flavours.

500ml Decanters: Prefilled with the correct amount of flavour and syrup, just add 360ml of spirit (Vodka), mix well and enjoy.

140ml Decanter Refills: A flavour /syrup blend sized for decanter refills.



Liquers

Amarito: Made from Apricot pits this sweet almond flavoured liquer is sensational.

Apple: Fresh crunchy apple flavour, great for mixes and adding to lemonade.

Apricot: Sweet, juicy apricots are the base to this warm inviting spirit liquer.

Banana: Rich, ripe banana flavour, excellent for daiquiri or Pina Colada mixes

Black Zambucca: The deep purple of famous Italian brands carries a full aniseed and coriander flavour.

Bourbon: Tradition bourbon softened with mint and orange. Excellent with lemonade.

*Butterscotch: A confectionery of malt, hokey pokey, and butter flavours.

Caramello: A rich, sweet liquer flavoured with caramel. Great to add to mlk or on
its own over ice.

Cherry Brandy: Rich red of ripe Maraschino cherries with some muskiness from the stone it can be mixed with chocolate for a special liqueur.

Chocolate: A very rich dark full cream chocolate flavour which can be used with coffee liqueur to match any of the after-dinner favourites.

Chocomint: A very rich dark full cream chocolate flavour which can be used with coffee liquer to match any of the after dinner favourites.

Cocobu: The creamy coconut liqueur used in many cocktails and Pina Coladas.

Coffee: Colombian coffee balanced with chocolate and cream. Excellent as a special coffee or as a cocktail.

Creme de Menthe: Traditional green mint in a smooth syrup.

Green Chartreuse: A complex herb filled flavour, the king of liqueurs.

Grenadine: Grenadine is a blood-red, strong syrup made from pomegranates. It is used in many cocktails for sweetening and colouring.

Hazelnut: A wonderful blend of Hazelnuts, Vanilla beans and Allspice.

Irish creme: One of the favourites, needs a tin of condensed milk to finish, or use fresh light cream. If using fresh cream mix just before drinking as it will not keep. This mix produces 2.3 litres from a 50ml concentrate and is the equal of any famous brand. For less sweet tastes use unsweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk or longlife cream.

Italiano: Famous in Italy for its subtle orange and aniseed flavour and here for its Harvey Wallbanger cocktail.

Jaffa: Sweet orange and chocolate cream produces this traditional flavour.

Macadamia: Delicious roasted Macadamias, a treat for a sophisticated palate.

Melori: This honeydew melon liqueur is very smooth and has that fresh melon flavour. An excellent base for cocktails and ready to drink.

Mocha: Cocoa, hot brewed coffee, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow cream are all flavours which make up this liquer.

Orange Brandy: A famous French monastery liqueur with aromatic orange peel and orange blossom tones. Ideal after dinner.

*Passionfruit: This is a tropical liquer with the exciting taste of ever so popular passionfruit.

*Peach: Fresh peach flavour with a little tartness and full ripe peach aroma. The pale pink gold colours is identical to the Haven peaches.

*Pineapple: As inviting as a tropical sunset, this smells and tastes of fresh juicy pineapple.

Rum: A coconut flavoured rum which is an excellent mixer for rum punches.

*Strawberry: Again a fresh flavour with a little tartness but a rich strawberry aroma.

Triple Sec: A special variation on traditional Triple Sec orange liqueurs with a very fresh fruit flavour.

Vanilla Spice: Vanilla blended with nutmeg and cinnamon spice give this great natural liquer a well-balanced and delicately complicated taste.

Whisky: This fine blend uses twelve spices, herbs, plus honey for a unique flavour. This liqueur mellows very well on storage.

White Zambucca: The full flavour of black Zambucca without the colour. Ideal for mixes.
